About

Traditional experience, applied to an AI future.

I'm Michael Szubka. Years spent building traditional software taught me where delivery slows down: unclear requirements, repeated implementation work, fragile handoffs, and teams carrying too much context in their heads. I now use that experience to help companies modernize how they build and operate software.

AI is changing the development lifecycle. It can accelerate research, planning, implementation, testing, documentation, and operations. I help teams introduce practical AI workflows and agent capabilities where they remove real friction, while people retain the direction, judgement, and ownership that software still requires.

The opportunity is not to remove people from development. It is to give the people who understand the business, the customer, and the problem more leverage to deliver better work.
